Farmington Fresh LLP, located in Stockton, California is a grower partnership, a worldwide produce distributor, grower, packer, and shipper of high quality apples, cherries, and pears. We are dedicated to marketing & shipping perishables worldwide and occupy the world’s largest cold storage, receiving, and shipping facility located on an airport. The company is comprised of a group of San Joaquin County growers, anchored by the Rajkovich, Brocchini, Podesta families, and the M&R Company. Collectively, they have over 100 years of experience as Grower/Packer/Shippers in the fertile fields and orchards of California’s Central Valley.

At Farmington, we pride ourselves as being progressive in our methods, while sticking to the conservative practices we as family farmers were brought up with. As we strive to be leaders in the industry, we are dedicated to food safety and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Food Safety and the “Cold Chain”

Food Safety is a serious issue in the produce industry, and one that we at Farmington Fresh do not take lightly in order to provide wholesome, products to the consumer.

The keystone of handling any perishable product for distribution is Food Safety and maintenance of the cold chain. Perishable shipments require constant temperature be maintained throughout the entire handling process. This is of paramount importance in regards to food safety. All parties handling our product are guided by our values of integrity and honesty while they have all gone through a strict training program, which is both HAACP compliant as well as with in the FDA guidelines. We ensure our programs safety with independent third party audits.

Consumers and retailers alike want to be able to depend on high quality, and safety of the products they purchase. We at Farmington work very closely year round with our grower network to ensure the highest quality in our fruit. Both domestic and export product is delivered with the highest quality standards in mind.
